Shipping policy
Shipping Time
- We typically ship within 2-4 business days of your purchase. For most of the auto equipment, before we can arrange shipment for your order, we need to confirm the delivery address and unloading method due to the weight and dimensions of our products. Please provide your daytime phone number and email at the time of order so we can contact you promptly.
Shipping Companies
- For products under 150 lbs, we utilize Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, or UPS for fast and secure delivery.
- For products exceeding 150 lbs, we utilize established LTL freight companies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Delivery and Additional Charges
- For car lifts, tire machines, scissor lifts, motorcycle lifts, and other auto equipment, we offer free shipping to our freight partners' terminals located in major cities in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, and NS, or commercial address with forklift in same region.
- Additional freight charges may apply for orders from remote regions within the listed provinces, as well as all orders from NL and PE. Delivery is not available for Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
- Additional charges will apply to special delivery requirement, including but not limited to, residential/rural area deliveries, appointments or weekend deliveries, tailgate delivery et al.
- Due to their size, car lifts cannot be unloaded using a liftgate service.
- We strongly recommend against renting a forklift; equipment rental will not be reimbursed.
- Limited access deliveries (schools, hospitals, restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, airports, ports, piers, lodging facilities, campgrounds, quarries, factories, military bases, government buildings, etc.) incur a $150 surcharge.
- Additional freight charges apply to remote areas, high-cost areas (e.g. NL, PE).
- Delivery to your address is limited to curbside. For placement inside a building or backyard, additional charges apply.
- Please track your shipment and ensure someone is available during the delivery (business hours for businesses and scheduled delivery window for residence). A $150 redelivery fee applies for missed deliveries.
- Please be prepared to unload your delivery within 30 minutes of the truck's arrival. If unloading exceeds this timeframe, a minimum $100 surcharge will apply.
- If additional freight charges apply during your delivery, please pay them promptly or we may forfeit the warranty.
Delivery of Parts (under 100 lbs) via Canada Post, FedEx, Puralator or UPS
- Please provide the most complete address possible. For businesses, this includes the business name. Incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or inability to compensate for lost packages.
Shipping Address & Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. If you need to change your delivery address after shipment, you will incur additional fees from the shipping carrier. We will invoice you for the additional fees and make changes with the carrier after the invoice has been paid.
Delivery & Terminal Pickup Options
- If you prefer home delivery instead of terminal pickup, please make this clear at checkout. Any request to switch to home delivery after shipment has been arranged may result in additional charges and delays. We will invoice you for the additional fees and make changes with the carrier after the invoice has been paid.
Storage Fees
- If you are unavailable to accept delivery or terminal pickup when your shipment arrives, please be aware that storage fees may apply. These fees are charged by the shipping company and are the responsibility of the customer. We will invoice you for the additional fees and make arrangements with the carrier after the invoice has been paid. If you anticipate being out of town, we recommend scheduling delivery for a time when you will be available to receive it.
Cancelling Shipments
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us directly before your shipment has been dispatched. Cancellations made after shipment will incur return freight fees and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that cancellations through the freight company, eBay, or Amazon are not guaranteed —cancellations must be made directly with us.
